Do you know that the blood vessels are the most common problems faced by the girls and boys. The most common and noticeable sign is that they look ugly and sometimes even if you try to hide it they can be seen.

There are many reasons for having this problem and it includes lack of exercise, bad diet, improper sleep etc.

But now I am not going to suggest you to change your lifestyle and habits, instead I am going to tell you some simple tips to get rid of this problem.

Simple and effective tips:

Vascular lesions are also known as spider veins or telangiectasia and it can be found anywhere on your body. It can be seen on the face, legs, arms and even in the ears.

The common reason for having these vascular lesions is lack of sleep. You need to take regular exercise and eat healthy food to get rid of these problems.

Sleep is the most important part of our life and if we don’t get enough sleep then we may feel tired all day. This will make you have less energy and in turn will lead to have these spider veins. So, make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.

If you have the habit of drinking alcohol or smoking then you need to stop it as these habits can cause damage to your blood vessels and they will look more ugly.

Eat more fruits and vegetables

A good diet is the best way to treat this problem and one of the best ways to make your body fit is by eating more fruits and vegetables. You need to eat them twice a day so that you get the required nutrients and vitamins.

Use home remedies

If you are having this problem on your face then you can use simple home remedies. First, take a cotton ball and soak it in warm water and then apply it on your face for 5 minutes.

Then you can use witch hazel to get the same result. You can also make a paste of egg white and turmeric and apply it on your face for 5 minutes and wash it with lukewarm water.
