How To Get The Most Out Of Your Garage Gym

Fitness Goals

Dear Friend,

If you want to get in great shape and have the body of a 20-year-old, here’s how to do it. Get yourself a personal trainer. Tell him or her you want to get in shape and lose all the weight you need to drop. Tell the trainer you want to get in shape for a specific reason–to compete in a marathon or to be able to play sports without getting hurt. Whatever. Just make sure the trainer understands why you want to get in shape… and… that you are committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve your goal.

Here’s what will probably happen next. The trainer will give you a bunch of exercises he or she thinks will help you get in shape… and… you will do those exercises… because… they are, indeed, helpful!

But, you won’t do the really important exercises. The really important ones are the ones that force you to overcome your resistance. In other words, the really important exercises are the ones that cause you to actually DO the exercises… even though… you don’t want to!

That’s where the magic happens. That’s where you start getting lean and muscular and strong. That’s where you truly become the best version of yourself.

And, it will happen fast!

Once you start doing the really important exercises, you’ll find it hard to stop. You’ll find it hard to go back to eating all the junk food you’re addicted to. You’ll find it hard to justify sitting on your fat ass watching television all day. You’ll find it hard to go to sleep at night because you’re so excited about what you’re accomplishing during the day.

It’s going to be tough. It’s going to be frustrating. It’s going to be a constant struggle. But, not only will you get into great shape…

You Will Become The Happiest, Strongest, Most Confident Version Of Yourself There Ever Was!

Not only that, you’ll be able to keep the shape you have for years to come… because… you’ll be maintaining it with exercise!

If you have a car or truck, you probably have a garage or auto repair shop… there’s almost no reason not to at least occasionally use that space for physical fitness… why?… because it’s cheap… and… it’s easy! You can use any kind of equipment you want… even if it’s just a pull-up bar and a couple of benches… you don’t even need special equipment… just your own body will do… and… it’s unlikely you’ll ever run out of things to work out with… whether you’re training for a marathon or simply trying to get in shape, there’s an endless variety of exercises you can do in a garage gym… and… since it’s so easy to set up, you’ll find it hard to stop using your garage gym as a workout facility… once you start using it regularly, you’ll probably want to make it more permanent… so… how do you do that?
