How To Get In Shape In Just 7 Days!

Exercise

Are you looking for a simple and effective way to stay in shape? If yes, then you are at the right place. Because in this article, I am going to share with you some simple tips that will help you to achieve your fitness goals in a jiffy. So, let’s get started.

Set some goals

If you don’t know how to set goals, then the first thing that you need to do is to write them down on a piece of paper. It doesn’t matter if you write big or small goals, but what matters is that you write them down.

Now, go through all those goals and think about them again and again. You should think about them until they become a part of your mind and your body. Don’t think about them for too long, just for 20 minutes to an hour. This will activate your brain cells and make your mind work in a more effective way.

Once you have written down all those goals, then the next step is to divide them into three categories like:

  • Short term goals
  • Long term goals
  • And the most important goal which is the “must-do” goal
  • Do something every day that helps you to achieve your must-do goal

For example, if your must-do goal is to lose weight, then what you can do is you can walk for 20 minutes on the treadmill every day. It will help you to burn calories and you will start losing weight.

Walk fast for 30 seconds, slow down for 2 minutes and then walk fast for 20 minutes. Do this for 7 to 10 days continuously and I am sure you will see some changes in your body.

Try to walk with a friend or a group of friends: it will help you to stay motivated and it will also burn more calories than just walking alone.

Do some push ups: it is the best way to develop your arms and to increase your metabolism. You can do it easily on the floor or against the wall. Just raise your body up with the help of your hands and keep it there for a count of 10 and then lower your body back to the ground. Do this for 20 minutes and you will see some changes.

Do some sit ups: it is the most effective core workout and it will give you a flat tummy. Lie down on the floor and raise your body up by bending your elbows and keeping them close to your sides. Now, keep your body straight and tight like a plank and then slowly bring your body back down to the floor. Do this for 20 minutes and you will see the results in a jiffy.

Do some planks: it is the best way to strengthen your entire body. Lie down on the floor on your stomach and keep your body straight and tight like a plank. Now, lift your body off the ground with the help of your arms only for a count of 10 and then lower your body back to the ground. Keep doing this for 20 minutes and you will see the results in a jiffy.

Do some squats: it is the best way to develop your legs, to get strong and to increase your metabolism. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and now bend your knees and slowly start to squat down. As you squat, raise your arms up in the air. Come back to the standing position and do 10 squats continuously. This exercise will make your thighs and butt muscles very strong.

Run or walk up hill: it is one of the most effective cardio exercises. Just run or walk up a hill for 20 minutes and you will feel the difference in your body. It will help you to burn calories and it will give you a great heart burn.

Swim for 20 minutes: it is the best exercise for your entire body. Lie down in a pool and try to stay under water for 20 minutes. Your body will get all the oxygen that it needs and it will be active all over. You will lose weight, get fit and increase your metabolism.

Do these exercises every day and after 3 to 4 weeks you will see some changes in your body.
