If you’re anything like me you love to travel. You want to take all the comforts and conveniences of home with you wherever you go. But, you also don’t want to be weighed down with an entire suitcase full of stuff. That’s where the crossfit gym bag comes in.

The crossfit gym bag is small but it’s not gonna fit everything you need. That’s why I also recommend you carry a large backpack or duffel bag. Put all your stuff in the crossfit gym bag and then put the rest of your stuff in the larger bag. The key is to have both items with you whenever you travel so you’ll always have everything you need at the tip of your fingers.
A crossfit gym bag does not have to be expensive. In fact, if you want to make it yourself, it should be one of the easiest things you’ll ever create. All you need are two pieces of fabric – one about 3″x6″ and one about 6″x3″. Sew them together along the three edges making a small square. Then, turn it right side out and you’re done! If you buy one, they’ll probably cost you about $10 to make.
I personally use one, and I love it! I use it for everything from holding my yoga mat and matting to hold my dumbbells to even holding a change of clothes when I’m going somewhere I know I’ll be sweating like crazy.
